One of the Surveys says that only 25% employees believe that the Management is transparent. They prefer to be a part of such organizations. The transparency in communication would get more benefits from productivity of employees to more productive and result oriented. Many managers almost 42% feel as though they are open and fair in communication regardless of the majority of employees think so. Whereas, employees are more likely to think management is more opaque.

To make employees productive the meetings conducted needs to be agenda based and must meet employees one on one frequently to gauge that they are on right track and appropriated supported for their efforts.

The organizations pay attention to what their employees think. The feedback from your employees may give an idea about their agreement with the direction of your company where it is heading. Also management must find out are they overworked or unhappy — so that remedial steps can be taken.

Employees must communicate with you and their colleagues by using collaboration software and business messaging services. As technology gives your employees to be unbiased while communicating digitally and can always be connected through device to know them better.

Encourage employees if they have short conversation by approaching physically for their questions or concerns, if any that is impacting to confusion or biased information. Keep office doors open to show they are welcomed to hear.

Build a culture that emphasizes honesty and transparency. You’ll attract workers who value those characteristics; this should help your organization communicate more effectively moving forward, affecting employee happiness.
